Modesty Takes a Small Step Forward!

According to this foxnews.com article, the small Caribbean island nation of Grenada has "recently began enforcing an indecent exposure law banning bathing suits away from the beach, as well as saggy pants that reveal the underwear." The law allows for fines of up to $270 or six months in jail; some locals have been fined (and aren't happy about it). Some cruise ship tourists have been instructed to return to the ship to get something with which to cover themselves.

Wouldn't it be nice if all local jurisdictions had some basic modesty laws like this, so that we weren't forced to look at half-naked people?
